"Hi, this is Odin. I hope my review helps you to buy, research further, or keep on looking. Always do your homework. Let's get started. Lenovo got it right with this simple sleek multimode travel mouse. When you're ready to fire up your presentation, turn it over and start flipping through slides. I haven't been a fan of touch strips in lieu of the middle wheel mostly because my finger would stick, however the raised ridgeline makes this one worked like a charm.

You can tell from the moment you open the box that this is a well-made product from the Lenovo X1 line. It's strong, thin and visually well-crafted. Built-in battery claims one minute charge equals one hour of life and it did. Multiple LED indicators help you gauge it's one month battery life so you never get left without power. The microUSB has a home which is nice. You can connect via bluetooth or 2.

4 gigahertz Wireless. This mouse does not have a wired option but it does charge fast. Media controls couldn't be easier. Just flip the mouse over and you're off and running. However, I would like to see a laser pointer on a mouse made for presentations. I said before that flat mice hurt my hand for long-term use but I'll cut some slack here. The X1 mouse is definitely appropriate for the task at hand.

The buttons are very standard on this travel mouse I even like the touch strip center. The only thing i didn't see is a back button. As i mentioned at the beginning, this mouse is lightweight at only 58.5 grams and about the size of a credit card. It easily fits in your pocket. On the surface it's a well-crafted multimode mouse great for presentations and travel.

While there are some features that would like to have seen included, Lenovo hit the mark with the Thinkpad X1 Mouse. (Beep) I haven't been a fan of touch strips in lieu of a mi... (Beep, gasp noise) I haven't been a touch... I haven't been a touch strip, no. (Laugh, beep) Built-in battery claims one minute charge equals one out battery life so you'll never get (Laughs) Ok. (Beep) The micro b (laughs) The micro b... (beep) The X1 mouse I knew I could do it! (fart noise) ..."
